THE STORY

Event Consultant since 2001 with many happy clients throughout the years.

Came from restaurant business and worked myself up, then added parties and events to my menu and started my own business. 

Worked in TV for 4 years then came back to events and parties. 

All along I have been acting and singing as a "side-kick", makes me happy.

Background

Restaurant Management started as young working my way up from service to head waiter, to Restaurant Manager and running dinners, banquets and gala dinners. 

This has made me strong, service minded, overall great attitude and ability to focus and deliver. And I know Food & Beverage!

During my years at the City Hall in Stockholm, was manager for large banquets and galas, and also took care of VIP events for dignitaries, conferences, mixers, events. 

I come from the cultural world as a touring musician, actress and TV host.

A strong, driven, focused and very experienced Events Marketing and Project/Production Manager for Events. Planning and execution, from start to finish. I work strategically and operationally with the same passion. I take care of budget, production plan, content, all technical details, invoices, payments and follow up. Working with stakeholders and team members. I have a massive ground to stand on with a lot of experience in different areas ready for a new challenge where I can make a difference.

SVENSKA SPEL
with Dentsu Creative – Managed complex 2-day event, congress, gala, breakouts for 700 people. Project Manager and had a team of 5 event staff and about 20 tech and 50 F&B staff

Events managed as a consultant:
LÄRARGALAN - (Teachers Gala) as Project Manager for the entire gala, content, structure, schedules, staffing, F&B etc. Also creating the show and putting it all together. Full responsibility for the entire structure of the event – venue, tech, staffing, running of the show, all details with speakers, booking artists etc. Had a team of 40 people I managed a very successful event at Cirkus
SIMCORP ANNUAL PARTY – Managed a gala in Stockholm 2023, London 2024 and Barcelona 2025. 1000 guests. Full responsibility for the entire event – party, venue, tech, running of the show, food & Beverages, all details artists, the entire planning and running it on location.

CONFERENCE & TRADESHOW, FOOD & RETAIL and SALES & MARKETING - Imanaged these Live Expo Conferences at Kistamässan, with over 100 speakers. It took me 6 months to plan and organize these trade shows and conferences perfectly. Working with all the organizational aspects but also content.

TIETOEVRY –B2B event for clients including all food&beverage, tech, staffing, speakers, décor, 400 guests

Overall responsibility for congresses, sponsored trade shows, and dinners for, among others, Human Rights Watch and Lärargalan (Teachers' Gala), both very large events with many stakeholders, involving detailed relationship building, budgets, complex and detailed planning.
